Product Warranty
Autopartscube stands behind the quality of every product we ship. All standard products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects — material or workmanship issues not caused by external factors
- Premature failure — product failure under normal operating conditions within the warranty period
- Dimensional non-conformance — parts that do not match agreed specifications
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or modifications
- Parts with missing or altered serial numbers / batch codes
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us within the warranty period and provide your order number and batch code
- Submit photos or videos clearly showing the defect
- Our QC team will review the claim within 3 business days
- Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, credit note, or refund, at our discretion
Returns
We accept returns for:
- Wrong items shipped (our error)
- Items damaged during transit (proof of damage required)
- Defective items confirmed by our QC team
Return shipping costs for confirmed warranty or error cases will be covered by Autopartscube. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
