Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal (for small orders/samples), and Western Union. 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment is the standard term for new customers.

Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available. Sample cost and freight are charged to the buyer. Sample fees may be refunded upon placing a bulk order.


Products & Quality

Q: Are your products OEM quality?
Yes. All our products are manufactured to OEM specifications and tested to equivalent performance standards. Many of our parts are used as OEM supply for vehicle assembly lines.

Q: Do you offer cross-reference / compatibility matching?
Yes. Provide us your OEM part number, vehicle make/model/year, or VIN and we will find the correct match.

Q: What certifications do your products hold?

Shipping & Logistics

Q: Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. We can also arrange shipment from Shenzhen or Shanghai ports.

Q: How long does delivery take?
Sea freight: 15–35 days. Air freight: 5–10 days. Express courier (DHL/FedEx): 3–7 days. See the full Shipping Policy.

Q: Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes, absolutely. Just provide us the forwarder’s contact and we will coordinate pickup.


After-Sales

Q: What if I receive a defective product?
Contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos/video evidence. We will replace, issue a credit note, or refund per our Warranty Policy.

Q: Do you provide installation support?
We provide installation guides and technical datasheets for all products. For complex installations, our technical team is available via email or WhatsApp.
