Quality Control Process
Every product goes through a 5-stage inspection process before shipment:
- Raw Material Inspection — All incoming materials are tested for compliance with international standards.
- In-Process Inspection — Continuous monitoring at every production stage.
- Pressure & Leak Test — 100% pressure testing for all cooling system parts.
- Final Visual Inspection — Surface finish, dimensions, and packaging check.
- Pre-Shipment Inspection — Third-party QC available upon request.
